Return labels
You can return items that you have purchased from us.
On this page, you can order a return slip and purchase return shipping for your return package.
Once payment is complete, you can download your return slip and shipping label from the receipt page. The return slip and your purchased shipping label will also be sent to your specified email address.
Once we have received your return package, our customer service will process it as quickly as possible. Provided that your return order meets the return conditions, we will ensure your purchase is refunded.
IMPORTANT! You must send the original packaging, otherwise we cannot refund or exchange for new products! Furthermore, if the blister or vial glass packaging is broken, we can neither refund nor exchange for new products!
