Special rules regarding the purchase of Coloured lenses

BEFORE opening the lenses, please review the packaging to confirm that you have received the color as ordered. If you have received a different color than what was ordered, please DO NOT open the blister pack or glass container. Contact us at [email protected]. If you suspect that there is or may be damage to the lenses, please open the blister pack or glass container. Contact us at [email protected].

Please note-contact lenses with strength cannot be exchanged

If a product is damaged or defective upon receipt, you should advertise this within 14 days of receipt. We always ask you to check your products carefully once you have received them.

The terms of sale and delivery are applicable according to the sales price.

We will send your order out as soon as possible – if stocks last – within 1-4 business days. If, against expectation, the broadcast time is longer than stated, we will contact you as soon as possible via email or telephone.

Payment.

At Gr8Style.dk you can pay with the following payment cards: Dancard, Visa/Dancard, MasterCard, Visa Electron, MasterCard Debit and Maestro. In addition, payment via PayPal and MobilePay is possible.

We do not charge for payment by card.

Reservation of amounts.

If you pay with an International payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account:

1) We deduct the amount when we ship the item or
2) the money is released according to agreement with your buyer issuer.

You can find out more about the rules for your specific card from your card issuer.

If you pay through PayPal, you are not protected by the scheme. Read more about the terms on the PayPal website.

Amounts are first raised on your card when the item is shipped.

 

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. 

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered in individual, the deadline will run from the day you receive the last item.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to [email protected] or by using the standard withdrawal form.

When the right of withdrawal is exercised you must be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Note You are responsible for the delivery of the goods and proper packaging.

You cannot undo the purchase by refusing to receive the item without giving us a message.

 

Withdrawal of part of the purchase

If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items even if they are purchased in one order.

Please note that you will not receive the shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase.

Return

Once you have notified us that you want to undo your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.

You must pay for the package to be returned, and you will be liable if any damage occurs during transport.

Some items cannot be returned by normal mail. This applies to goods costing over 180,00kr.

The cost of returning these goods is expected to cost at most 54 kr.

No right of withdrawal

The following appointments cannot be undone:

The supply of sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable to be returned and where the seal has been broken after delivery, ex. Contact lenses

The item's condition when you send the return

You will only be liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but do not take it in real use.

If the item has been tested in addition to what is described above, we consider it to be used, which means that when you undo the purchase you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount returned, depending on the commercial value of the item.

We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging.

If the original packaging is missing, it may result in an impairment of the item.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you undo your purchase, you'll get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different delivery method than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), no later than 14 days from the Day on which we received your message that you want to undo the appointment.

We will return the money with the same means of payment as you used to purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the payment until we have received the goods unless you send us proof of having returned it.

Warrenty

The rules for purchasing the law apply to purchases of goods.

When you shop with us as a consumer, you have a warranty for 24 months.

If a product is damaged or defective upon receipt, you should advertise this within 14 days of receipt. We always ask you to check your products carefully once you have received them.

If your claim is justified, it means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, money back or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.

You must advertise within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you advertise within two months after the error has been detected, the complaint will always be timely.  

If the claim is warranted, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging and remember to get a shipment receipt so that we can repay your shipping costs.
