Special rules regarding the purchase of Coloured lenses
BEFORE opening the lenses, please review the packaging to confirm that you have received the color as ordered. If you have received a different color than what was ordered, please DO NOT open the blister pack or glass container. Contact us at [email protected]. If you suspect that there is or may be damage to the lenses, please open the blister pack or glass container. Contact us at [email protected].
Please note - Prescription contact lenses cannot be exchanged.
If a product is damaged or defective upon receipt, you should report it within 14 days of receiving it. We always ask that you carefully check your products once you have received them.
Terms of sale and delivery are in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act.
Delivery.
We dispatch your order as quickly as possible – if in stock – within 1-4 business days. If, contrary to expectations, the dispatch time is longer than stated, we will contact you as soon as possible via email or phone.

Please Note: With DAO private delivery, the package is delivered directly to your front door or mailbox.

Payment.
At Gr8Style.dk, you can pay with the following payment cards: Dankort, Visa/Dankort, MasterCard, Visa Electron, MasterCard Debit, and Maestro. Additionally, payment via PayPal and MobilePay is possible.
We do not charge a fee for card payments.
Reservation of amounts.
If you pay with an International payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account:
1) We deduct the amount when we ship the item or
2) the money is released according to agreement with your buyer issuer.
You can find out more about the rules for your specific card from your card issuer.
If you pay via PayPal, you are not protected by the chargeback scheme. Read more about the terms and conditions on PayPal's website.
The amount is only charged to your card when the item is dispatched.
Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to [email protected] or by using the standard withdrawal form.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the costs of returning the item.
Please note that you are responsible for the delivery of the item and proper packaging.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without simultaneously notifying us.
Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were bought in a single order.
Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded if you cancel part of your purchase.

Returns
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.
You must pay for the return shipping of the package, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport.
Certain items cannot be returned by standard mail. This applies to items costing over 180.00 DKK.
The cost of returning these items is expected to be a maximum of 54 DKK.

No right of withdrawal
The right of cancellation does not apply to the following agreements:
Delivery of sealed goods that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery, e.g., contact lenses.
Condition of the item when returned
You are only responsible for any reduction in the item's value caused by handling it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to determine its type, features, and how it works. This means you can try the item as you would in a physical store, but you must not use it for its intended purpose.
If the item has been used more than described above, we will consider it used. This means that if you cancel your purchase, you will only receive a partial refund or no refund at all, depending on the item's commercial value.
We recommend returning the item in its original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, the item's value may be reduced.
Refund of the Purchase Amount
If you cancel your purchase, you will receive a refund. If the item's value has decreased, we will deduct the amount you are responsible for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding additional delivery costs if you chose a shipping method more expensive than our cheapest standard option). This refund will be processed within 14 days from the day we receive your notification of cancellation.
We will refund your money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item or until you provide proof that you have returned it.

Right to Make a Claim
The Danish Sale of Goods Act's rules on defects apply to all purchases of goods.
As a consumer shopping with us, you have the right to make a claim for 24 months.
If a product is damaged or defective upon receipt, you should report it within 14 days of receiving it. We always ask that you carefully check your products once you have received them.
If your claim is valid, you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, receive a refund, or get a price reduction, depending on the specific circumstances.
You must make your claim within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect. If you make a claim within two months of discovering the defect, it will always be considered timely.
If your claim is valid, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs. The item must always be returned in secure packaging, and remember to obtain a shipping receipt so we can reimburse your shipping expenses.
