How do I act with you?

This is how you shop with us. To make a purchase with us, you need to go through in 5 steps:

  1.  Find the item or items you want and put them in shopping baskets, then go to checkout.
  2. Enter your personal information.
  3. Select Shipping/Payment Information
  4. Approve our terms of trade and personal data policy.
  5. Check that all information is correct on the collection page and approve the purchase

Do you have a physical store?

Unfortunately! We don't have a physical store yet. All sales are done online.

I have received wrong color lenses or defective lenses, what do I do?

BEFORE opening the lenses, review the packaging to confirm that you have received the color as ordered. If you receive a different color than what was ordered, DO NOT open lenses. Contact us at [email protected]. If you receive the wrong color and the packaging is broken, we will not be able to ship the color originally ordered and you will have to keep that color if the lens is opened. If you suspect that there is or may be damage to the lenses, DO NOT open. Contact us at [email protected]. Reports of defective lenses that have been opened or broken packaging will not be accepted.

I received an incorrect product.

If you have received an incorrect product, please contact us at [email protected], remember to note the product name and describe the error.

My product is defective on delivery

If you have received a product that is defective upon delivery, please contact us at [email protected]. Remember to note the name of the product and describe the defect. It would be a great help for the dispatch if you can attach a picture of the defective product.

How do I return the item?

If you wish to swap/return a product, simply print and fill out our return slip and send it to us along with the item, and a copy of the invoice if you have it.

On the return slip you can tick if you want the money returned, remember Reg. nr. and Account No. If you have paid by bank transfer or if you have received the product in gift. If you do not fill in Account No. and Reg Nr. We simply return money to the credit card used for the purchase.
