No, unfortunately we don't have a physical store yet. All sales take place online through our webshop.
Before opening the lenses, always check the packaging to make sure you have received the color you ordered.

If you wish to exchange or return a product, please fill out our return form and send it along with the item and a copy of the invoice, if you have one.
On the return form, you can indicate whether you would like a refund. If you paid by bank transfer, or if the product was received as a gift, please be sure to include your registration number and account number.
If you do not provide your account and registration numbers, we will generally refund the amount to the payment card used for the purchase.
