Return labels

You can return items that you have purchased from us.

On this page you can order a return slip and purchase return shipping for your return package.

Once the payment is complete, you can retrieve your return slip and package label from the receipt page. The return slip and your purchased package label will also be sent to your specified email address.

Once we have received your return package, our customer service will process it as soon as possible. If your return order meets the conditions for return, we will make sure to refund your purchase.

IMPORTANT! that you send original packaging, otherwise we can not refund or exchange for new! As well, if the blister or vial glass wrapping is broken, then we can neither refund nor exchange for new!
