Help! Why haven't I received my package yet?

Don't worry! First of all, check which type of delivery you have chosen. If it's Free Delivery, it can take up to 5-7 working days, not including weekends and public holidays. Only paid shipping with PostNord or GLS is valid for next day delivery.

Why haven't I received the tracking number yet?

If you have chosen free delivery, then it can take 1-2 days before you receive a tracking number. Post distribution center Prioritize express or paid delivery first.
